Key Examples of Positive Product Impact
The following list showcases the key examples of products that I've launched that have been featured in the news (links in images). For Stori Mexico, I was in charge of all customer facing interactions. I helped them grow their deposits base 300% in 6 months, while adding 1 million credit customers (50% of base) in one year.
For RappiBank Mexico, I directed the launch of multiple disruptive products within our credit portfolio in Mexico: personal loans, credit score builder, virtual gift cards, bill payment automation, subscription management center, physical card store, amongst many others.
For RappiBank Colombia, I lead the launch of an innovative high-yield savings account product, offering up to 13% based on balances, a new payroll functionality, benefits club, and with secure money pots. Attracted 300K customers within first year of launch.
I was part of the team that started operations for Nubank in Mexico, making Nubank a top issuer in the country after only two years of operation and surpassing even the most well-established players like Citibank, HSBC and Scotiabank.
I was instrumental in developing multiple cryptographically-secure data products and bootstrapping specific, permissioned, data-sharing networks. These efforts increased our startup valuation by 240% compared to Series A.
As Product Lead for Latam, I was integral part of the team that launched highly-localized Stripe products for the region, including: cash-based payment methods, interest-free installments, cashflow advancement products, and local instant bank transfers.
As a Sr Manager at Google X, one of the key pilots that I helped enable was Waymo launching a robotaxi service. I worked with external partners to enable their end-to-end payment flow, from order placed to money settled in our bank account.
As a New Product Finance Integrations Manager at Google, I contributed to the launch of Waze Carpool. I worked integrating providers for both pay-ins and pay-outs of the innovative two-sided marketplace for commuters.
As a Senior PM, I helped launch multiple forms of payments, countries of operations, and self-serve ads mechanisms. One of the key initiatives I help enable was Snap's physical commerce store, with purchases enabled in-app.
